Luke’s professional journey began executing marketing strategies for one of the world’s largest multinational technology companies. Working closely with the Asia-Pacific Marketing Team, Luke climbed the ranks, being promoted to National Training Manager for the Retail Operations facet of the business while simultaneously managing a large team of business development managers across New South Wales and the A.C.T.
Luke then made the decision to further his education, attaining a Bachelor of Business Administration with a co-major in Marketing and Economics from Swinburne University. His academic journey, combined with his prior practical experience, laid the foundation for a keen understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour and strategic business management.
His post-academic career spans over 5 years in Marketing Strategy, where he has honed his skills in crafting compelling and effective marketing campaigns. In addition to his strategic expertise, Luke has dedicated 3 years to mastering the nuances of Digital Marketing. In an ever-evolving digital landscape, he has successfully navigated the challenges, leveraging the latest technologies and trends to ensure the organisations he has represented stay ahead of the curve.
Luke’s approach is rooted in a client-centric philosophy, where every strategy is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients. He believes in fostering long-term partnerships, built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering tangible results.
Outside of his role at Romanza Digital, Luke serves as the Digital Marketing Specialist for Atomo Diagnostics, an Australian-based, ASX-listed medical device manufacturer. He advocates for continued learning and personal development, physically, mentally and spiritually.
